Management Development
Some more traditional development thinking tries to differentiate Leaders from Managers.
At the ECforBE we recognise that not all managers will become or will even want to become transformational leaders, but that the knowledge, skills and experience that create both transformational and transactional leaders can, and needs to be developed at various stages of a manager's career.
It is equally important to appreciate that managers at every level develop a mix of knowledge and skills that, combined with their own growing experience , together with an appreciation of the relevance of the experience of others, will make them better managers and leaders, both now and in the future.
The grounding ethos of the ECforBE team is to engage with managers at every level and engage them in a challenge to effect real and tangible change that will deliver superior performance, whether in the public or private sector and whether their organisations are large or small.
We offer a range of programmes and coaching/mentoring interventions that will:
- develop basic management skills;
- change the way people think about their organisation and other organisations;
- develop knowledge in specific management disciplines, backed up by the support of leading business schools;
- develop knowledge and engagement in essential aspects of their own leadership development;
- create people embedded with and engaged in the concept of organisational transformation.
