Executive Coaching
The ECforBE believes in action-centred learning and this does not end when formal teaching stops. Many organisations commission support, both during and after development programmes, so that maximum learning and transfer of skills and knowledge into the organisation may be achieved.
Given that the ECforBE has subject experts with coaching experience, it is often asked to support leaders on a one-to-one basis. This may take several forms, including support to reduce risk in a change situation and as part of a personal development programme.
